A thoroughly enjoyable stay

The room and the swimming pools were excellent

The wine in the restaurant was very poor. For us the music in the bar and around the pool was far too loud.

Okay but I don’t come back

The hotel has an excellent location. Close to the market centre and the centre of Puerto del Carmen, where you can find plenty of things to do. The hotel has a fitness centre, swimming pool, daily shows and a shop. The surrounding area is well maintained. The rooms are spacious. You have a terrace next to your room.

Very uncomfortable beds and cheap. A 6-legged bed with an uncomfortable yogi. The hotel is very noisy, the people and the workers have no regard for privacy and quietness. Not recommended for young couples who don't like to listen to children fussing. The maids are very friendly, but it is annoying if you are asked every day if you want your room clean

The location at the top of the town, will cost you a taxi every night to get back from the main strip. It's a fair trot back.

Lovely apartment lovely staff 10 minutes walk to old town 30-40 minutes walk to strip

Had a beautiful apartment over the restaurant with amazing views of the pool and ocean, lovely staff, pool was heated this time as it wasn’t over the New year makes a big difference, food has gone down hill a bit, enjoyed breakfast. lunch and dinner was pretty simple taxi rank right out side costs €3-5 depending what part your going too

Food wasn’t amazing as usual maybe usual chef was on holidays or something Towels change also you need to rent them now with a refundable deposit

Good

We were room only but we did have lunch by the pool one of the days. Food was very good and very fresh. There are two pools - one adult and the main one has a kids pool and snack bar. Liked the music by the pool! There is also a small supermarket on site which was brilliant. We had a one bed apartment which was spacious and had everything we needed including a hairdryer. Hotel is separated - one each side of the road. The main reception is accessible by a tunnel under the road, which was very convenient. Staff were all very nice and friendly and very helpful. There was also a shuttle bus that went down to the town centre/beach which ran 3 times a day in both direction. Thought this was really good touch. Also on day of check out, there is a room to put your luggage and also a shower/changing room. Reception very kindly gave us fresh towels. I would definitely return to this hotel.

It is up a fairly steep hill!! was ok for me but maybe not suitable for elderly/disabled people.

Bright but clinical

Only stayed one night as emergency accommodation. Comfy beds, bright, good location, friendly staff.

Clinical, bare sparsely furnished, uncomfortable sofa, tiny living area, no milk for tea and coffee, ants on counter top.

We had a great week.

Staff were nice and friendly. The facilities were nice. There was a nice choice of food and for all inclusive guests there was food available all day in the restaurant. There was loads of sunbeds available. The entertainment in the bar was fine and the kids loved the bingo and karaoke. Shoutout to the barman in the bar at night who was always pleasant. Apartments were spacious. Staff at reception were great and always able to help with any query. We booked the waterpark through the hotel and its cheaper than booking directly with the park itself.

There is a small hill when you are walking up from the town but you cant do anything about the topography :). On the positive a taxi up from the main strip in less than €5 so there is no need to walk. Reception will call a taxi and they are there very fast.

Great holiday

The property was excellent. rRooms cleaned every day. Staff very pleasant.

The only flaw was it was on a steep hill not suitable for old people to walk up. Taxis are very cheap though.

Lovely sea view from our Balcony, Huge variety of choice of breakfast each day , beautifully laid out food and someone around to assist if needed. Pool looked beautiful and my husband enjoyed a swim or two but we lay out on our balcony as it was busy by pool

Loved it just the one waiter put a damper on the whole stay.

Reception staff / cleaning staff lovely, food good and room excellent.

Hill walk from beach was unpleasant after dinner on seafront. Hotel itself was great. If your prepared to walk up hill every day well this is the place to stay

Had a nice room with great air conditioning .I enjoyed chilling at the bottom pool ! Had a few kitten friends that came for a drink of water !

Great stay , nice staff and Really good value

This hotel is really great value for money , the location is quite good it is around 15 min walk to the end of the old town and the restaurants pretty much start from there, the pool across the road was great and was a nicer vibe to relax away from kids more adults as it had no shallow end in the pool, bonus of a supermarket in hotel had everything you needed, if you ever needed a taxi you just ask receptionist and it arrives in 2 mins , breakfast was great so much on offer and great choice. Would 100% stay here again

The cleaning of the rooms could definitely be Improved , sometimes it looked like they put on someone else’s bed sheets when the cleaners came in as there was make up marks and stains on sheets some days and other days they didn’t replace towels or provide new toilet roll , it wasn’t much of an issue as we managed but it could be improved to give the hotel 10
